Celestial Spa & Wellness is a multi-location luxury spa and wellness brand with services spanning massage therapy, aesthetic treatments, mindfulness coaching, and personalized wellness programs. Despite strong word-of-mouth and excellent client retention, new client acquisition had plateaued. Their booking pipeline was inconsistent, and they had no reliable system for turning online visibility into confirmed appointments.

The Challenge

Three locations operating as silos — each with its own outdated Google Business Profile, inconsistent NAP data across directories, and no unified booking funnel. The existing website had no conversion architecture: visitors landed, browsed, and left without booking. Lead-to-appointment conversion was under 12%. After-hours inquiries went unanswered, resulting in significant lead loss. There was no AI search presence despite the brand’s quality and positioning.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the entire lead-to-appointment infrastructure from scratch. Starting with GBP optimization across all three locations with service-specific categories, geo-tagged photography, and weekly posts. We built a unified booking funnel with dedicated landing pages per service type and location, optimized for conversion with A/B tested headlines and CTAs. AI appointment booking was deployed to handle after-hours inquiries, qualify leads, and book directly into the scheduling system. AEO content was created to appear in Google AI Overviews for wellness-related queries. Review generation automation was activated to build trust signals systematically.

The Results

Within 90 days: booking volume increased 3.8× across all three locations. Cost per booked appointment fell 62% as organic and AI-driven bookings replaced paid ad dependency. The lead-to-appointment conversion rate rose from 12% to 41% through better funnel architecture and AI follow-up automation. All three locations now appear in the top 3 Map Pack for their core service queries. The brand is now cited in Google AI Overviews for several high-intent wellness searches in their markets.
