1. Services
Unibright Solutions provides web development, digital marketing, branding, consulting, and related professional services (“Services”). All services are performed according to the agreed scope outlined in proposals, invoices, contracts, or written communications.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
- Delays caused by the client do not constitute breach by Unibright Solutions.
3. Payments & Fees
All fees are due as outlined in invoices or agreements.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
- All work remains the property of Unibright Solutions until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials.
- We may display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Platforms
- We are not responsible for outages, algorithm changes, or failures of third-party platforms.
- Third-party costs are non-refundable.
6. Revisions & Acceptance
- Revisions are limited to the agreed scope.
- Client approval constitutes acceptance of work.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Unibright Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, SEO, and advertising results are not guaranteed.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate services pursuant to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, Hawaii, Nevada, California and Arizona, United States.
12. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
